Wincasinolic was founded in 2012 by two friends, Daniel White and Mei-ling Zhang, who shared a singular obsession: to transform the idea of a casino hotel from a simple stay into an immersive world of elegance and joy.
What began as a modest boutique resort has matured into a world‑renowned casino entertainment environment, hosting over 36,000 guests each year. Every expansion was guided by a simple belief – genuine luxury lies in attention to details few ever notice but everyone feels.

After two successful years, we secured our British Columbia gaming licence and expanded to 40 suites, introducing our signature high‑limit salon.
