1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern all access to and use of the Wincasinolic website and any related booking, hotel, dining or casino entertainment services provided at 1818 Cornwall Ave, Vancouver.

By making a reservation, entering any gaming area, or using our online platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific rules displayed at the venue.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use our services and access the casino floor, you must be at least 18 years old. Additional rules apply:

• You must not be on any self-exclusion list operated in the Province of British Columbia.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in gambling activities in your place of residence.
• We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification (ID) before allowing entry to the casino or collecting winnings.

If you are found to be under 18 or excluded, any winnings may be withheld and your booking may be terminated without refund.

3. Hotel Reservations and Payments

• All room rates are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
• A valid credit card is required to confirm a reservation; we may place a pre-authorisation hold.
• Full payment is charged at the point of check‑in, unless otherwise specified in the package description.
• Rates and availability are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed by us in writing or via email.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Standard suites: free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
• VIP packages: cancellation allowed up to 72 hours before arrival without charge.
• No‑show: the first night’s room rate and applicable taxes will be charged to your card.
• Early departure: a $150 + tax fee will apply for departures that occur before the confirmed checkout date.

Certain promotional or non‑refundable rates may have separate conditions, which will be displayed clearly at the time of booking.

5. Casino Entertainment Rules

5.1 General Entry

Access to the casino floor is restricted to guests aged 18+ with valid identification. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any guest to leave for any reason, including intoxication, misconduct or breach of house rules.

5.2 Responsible Gaming

6. Prohibited Behaviour

• Cheating, card counting in prohibited games, or any attempt to manipulate gaming equipment.
• Recording video or photography without prior written consent.
• Bringing weapons, illegal substances or stolen property onto the premises.
• Using profanity, making threats, or harassing employees or guests.
• Smoking or vaping in non‑designated areas.

Any violation may lead to removal, a permanent ban, and possible legal prosecution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wincasinolic, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, hotel, or any casino service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email (if you have an account with us) or by posting a notice on this page at least 10 days before the effective date. Continued use of our services after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
